  • Starts: King Fahd District
  • Ends: Quba Mosque
  • Stops: 31 in total (official map count)

The official Madinah Bus map publishes each route’s termini and stop count, with individual stops shown as map pins rather than a text list — so we give the count and do not invent stop names. The full stop sequence for the 390 is on the official map and in the Madinah Bus app.

October 2026 expansion reports (Ajel’s 16-route list) describe the Quba corridor re-cut as Airport District to Quba Mosque with 34 stops. The official Madinah Bus map still lists the 390 as King Fahd District to Quba Mosque with 31 stops — this page follows the official map and will be updated when the map changes. Note there is no direct Prophet’s Mosque to Quba regular bus in the current scheme; the 390 is the Quba service.

📖 About Route 390

The 390 runs between King Fahd District and Quba Mosque. It is part of the network the MDA launched in May 2025, when Madinah Bus was rebuilt from the old 300/400-series scheme into the current 100-590 numbering with 15 routes, five of them running 24 hours. In October 2026 the network expanded again (16 routes, 476 stops reported) and the airport fare was cut to the standard SR 3.45.

🎟️ Fares & Payment

SR 3.45 per ride, flat, across the whole Madinah Bus network — the same fare on every route since 1 October 2026, when the Madinah Region Development Authority cut the airport route’s fare from SR 11.50 to the standard SR 3.45. Pay in the Madinah Bus app or with the Madinah Bus smart card, which costs SR 10 from station vending machines and can be topped up by cash or card. Daily, weekly and monthly subscriptions exist (launched September 2024), but their prices are not published in official sources, so we do not quote them.

⏰ Service Pattern

Frequency: every 20 minutes. Hours: 06:00 to 00:00 (18 hours a day).
