- The URL of the page.

- What should be changed, if known.
- A link to an official operator or transport-authority source where possible.
- The date you checked the information, especially for schedules or fares.
How we review reports
We assess correction reports against the most recent reliable information available to us. For route, fare, and service claims, we prefer official operator websites, journey planners, route maps, station notices, and government transport sources.
After review, we may update the page, add a qualification, link to a source, mark information as uncertain, or remove the claim. A report does not guarantee that a change will be made or that it will be made immediately.
Urgent travel information
Do not use this form as an emergency or live-disruption service. For cancellations, safety issues, accessibility assistance, lost property, or a departure happening soon, contact the relevant transport operator or station directly.
Corrections and personal information
Please send only the information needed to explain the issue. Do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information. Our handling of messages and contact details is described in the Privacy Policy.
